Pakistan: 11 children die in van river plunge

At least 11 children were killed when a van carrying about 30 school pupils plunged 15m into a river in Pakistan-held Kashmir today, police said.

The local police chief said authorities managed to save the driver and four injured children following the accident in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan-held Kashmir.
