Amnesty: Up to 30,000 prisoners at risk of torture in Iraq

An estimated 30,000 people are being held without trial in Iraq and are at risk of torture, according to Amnesty International.

A new report launched today by the human rights group says many of the prisoners can be held for several years without charge or trial.
