Police plea after baby girl found dead

A post mortem on a baby girl found dead in a garden has proved inconclusive, police said today.

The child, believed to be only one or two days old and of Asian appearance, was found dead in the front garden of a terrace house on Tinline Street in Bury, Greater Manchester, around 11.15am yesterday.
