Tropical storm heads for Canada

Tropical storm Earl is heading for eastern Canada.

A hurricane watch has been issued for part of Nova Scotia while a tropical storm warning is in effect for the entire coast of the province.

The storm is packing maximum winds of 70 mph and moving at 30 mph.
