World's response to Pakistan floods 'woefully inadequate'

Britain's International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell has said the world's response to the floods in Pakistan has been "woefully inadequate".

Some 20 million people and 160,000 square miles of land – about a fifth of the country – have been affected.
