BAA to attempt to halt strike action next week

An attempt to avert strike action at six UK airports will begin on Monday.

BAA faces a total shutdown at six airports if discussions at the conciliation service ACAS fail.

Any strike action will have a huge effect on travellers to and from the affected airports.
