11 killed in Georgian bus crash
A bus crash in the breakaway Georgian region of South Ossetia killed 11 people, including two children, and left 14 hurt today, a Russian news agency reported.
The bus, with 24 passengers aboard, tumbled down a ravine as it traversed the high-altitude Transcaucasian Highway, which links southern Russia with the Moscow-backed separatist region, ITAR Tass said.
