18th-century champagne found in shipwreck

Divers discovered what is thought to be the world’s oldest drinkable champagne in a 200-year-old shipwreck under the Baltic Sea.

Dive instructor Christian Ekstrom said the champagne, believed to be from the 1780s, “tasted fantastic”.
