Production of the first full hybrid vehicle in Europe was officially launched today at Toyota’s main UK plant by Business Secretary Vince Cable.

Production of the first full hybrid vehicle in Europe was officially launched today at Toyota’s main UK plant by Business Secretary Vince Cable.

The minister saw the first Toyota Auris Hybrid Synergy Drive (HSD) vehicle driven off the end of the production line at the Burnaston plant in Derbyshire.
