Failure to stop oil spill 'enraging' Obama
US president Barack Obama said today that the failure of BP’s latest effort to stop the catastrophic flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico was “as enraging as it is heartbreaking”.
Mr Obama’s comments came after BP officials said its effort to stop the flow of oil, known as a “top kill”, by packing the well with mud had failed.
