North Korea to scrap agreement with South

North Korea has said it will scrap an agreement aimed at preventing accidental naval clashes with the South.

The move comes amid rising tensions over the sinking of a South Korean warship.

Both Seoul and an international probe blame Pyongyang for a torpedo attack that sank the vessel in March.

This latest announcement comes as the South Korean navy conducts a major anti-submarine drill.
