16 tourists killed in Turkish bus crash

Sixteen people were killed and 25 others injured when a bus carrying Russian tourists skidded off a road in southern Turkey and plunged off a bridge today, officials and news reports said.

The bus flipped over and fell about 20ft (6m) on to a river bed, NTV television footage showed.
