Psychiatric tests due on mother held over child deaths

A British woman arrested after the deaths of her two children is expected to undergo psychiatric tests today as she waits to learn whether a case will be brought against her.

Rebecca Smith, five, and her brother Daniel, aged 11 months, were found on Tuesday in the resort of Lloret de Mar in Spain’s Costa Brava.
