Mine rescue workers find 28 bodies

Turkey’s energy minister said rescue workers reached the bodies of 28 miners trapped inside a coal mine after a methane gas explosion.

Taner Yildiz said today rescuers are trying to reach two more trapped miners.

The explosion at the Karadon mine near the Black Sea port of Zonguldak buried the miners on Monday afternoon.

There has been no contact with them since then.
