Man convicted of Mumbai attacks faces death sentence

The only man convicted over the Mumbai terror attacks faces a possible death sentence this morning.

Prosecutors described Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab as a "killing machine" during a year-long trial.

Up to 166 people were killed two years ago when gunmen went on a three-day rampage.

The 22-year-old Pakistani was convicted of murder and waging war against India - both of which are punishable by hanging.
