Times Square suspect boarded plane despite being under surveillance

The no-fly list failed to keep the Times Square suspect off the plane, it has emerged.

Faisal Shahzad boarded a jetliner bound for the United Arab Emirates on Monday night before US federal authorities pulled him back.
