Venables 'to stay in jail for a year'
It is being reported one of James Bulger's killers will stay in prison for at least a year - even if he's not convicted over recent crime allegations.
Jon Venables was arrested last month for breaching the terms of his licence.
His case file was yesterday passed to the Parole Board in the UK.
