Pair jailed over dog attacks on police

Two men who used their dogs to savage police officers in the UK were each jailed for five years today.

Mehmet Koc (aged 19), and Matthew Joannou (aged 20), both from Haringey, north London, let the pitbull-type animals viciously maul two victims who were left with permanent scarring.
