Judges: Meredith murder verdict 'correct'

American Amanda Knox and her boyfriend were fairly convicted of murdering British student Meredith Kercher, the judges in their trial announced today.

In a 400-page written report giving their reasons for the guilty verdicts, they said the case against Knox and Italian Raffaele Sollecito was sound.
