Endeavour back on Earth

The space shuttle Endeavour and its six astronauts returned safely to Earth today, ending a mission that resulted in the virtual completion of the International Space Station.

In a rare night-time landing at Cape Canaveral, Florida, the shuttle’s on-time arrival took some by surprise.
