NATO has suspended the use of the rocket system which led to the deaths of 12 civilians in Afghanistan.

They died when two US missiles hit a home during Operation Moshtarak - aimed at pushing back the Taliban.

The top NATO commander in Afghanistan, General Stanley McChrystal, has apologised, but he didn't refer to the incident in a briefing this morning.
