US working on sanctions against Iran

President Barack Obama has said the US is developing further sanctions in response to Iran's defiance over its nuclear programme.

Tehran has announced it has begun enriching uranium to a higher level, raising fears it could eventually develop nuclear weapons.

Obama said he will be working with the international community, including the UN, to resolve the issue.
