North Korea has fired artillery rounds towards a disputed sea border with the South for the third day in a row.

There have been no injuries or damage.

Officials in Pyongyang said the shelling is part of an annual exercise.

But South Korea's president believes it could be an attempt to push for a peace treaty formally ending the Korean War of the 1950s.
