UK mother accused of toddler daughter's murder

A mother sobbed today as she appeared in court accused of the murder of her 15-month-old daughter.

Toddler Violet Mullen suffered a cardiac arrest on Tuesday and was taken to the Royal Oldham Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
