Italian police hold mob suspects after anti-immigrant clashes

More than a dozen mob suspects were arrested today in an area where Italians were recently involved in violent clashes with immigrant workers, police said today.

Police said 13 people were held between Rosarno, the southern town where the clashes took place, and nearby towns.
