Court rejects appeal from 9/11 conspirator

A US appeal court upheld the conviction of Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person to stand trial in an American court over the September 11 attacks.

The court in Richmond, Virginia, threw out arguments that Moussaoui was denied access to evidence and the right to choose his own lawyer.
