Big spenders lavish millions on Clinton charity

Foreign countries including Saudi Arabia gave millions to former President Bill Clinton’s charity at a time when his wife Hillary was serving her first year as secretary of state, records released today show.

Other donors ranged from entertainer Barbra Streisand’s foundation to bailout beneficiary American International Group.
