Woman to face court for assaulting Pope

A woman accused of assaulting the Pope won't go to court for a few weeks.

Pope Benedict XVI was dragged to the floor at St Peter's Basilica before mass on Christmas Eve.

Susanna Maiolo, 25, is receiving psychiatric treatment before she goes in front of a judge in the Vatican City, but no date is expected to be set until after the New Year.
