Maximum fine sought in US balloon boy case

US aviation authorities are seeking the maximum €7,700 fine against the man behind the balloon boy hoax.

The Federal Aviation Administration released a letter that it sent to Richard Heene with the proposed fine, on the grounds that he operated a balloon in a hazardous manner.
