Union to 'move swiftly' towards new BA strike ballot

The union representing British Airways cabin crew is set to move “swiftly” towards a fresh ballot after its planned 12-day Christmas strike was ruled unlawful, the union announced today.

The airline won a legal challenge yesterday after claiming Unite had balloted hundreds of members who had subsequently left the company.
