Leaked document starts climate summit row

A growing row over the cost of dealing with climate change led to developing nations today demanding that wealthy countries pay more.

Negotiators were trying to bridge the difficult gaps among 192 nations and stem a growing chasm between rich and poor on the third day of the UN Copenhagen climate change conference.
