Burma’s detained opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi was escorted from her home to hold unannounced talks with a junta official for the first time in two months today, officials said.

According to officials, the 45-minute meeting between the pro-democracy leader and Relations Minister Aung Kyi took place at a government guesthouse near her home.
