South Korea sets emissions target

South Korea said it will cut greenhouse gas emissions by 4% below 2005 levels by 2020.

The presidential Blue House announced the target had been approved at a Cabinet meeting today.

The office said South Korea will cut emissions by 30% below expected levels in 2020.
