Man throws twins from eighth floor window

Two eight-year-old twin girls were in hospital in Russia today after being thrown from the window of their eighth floor apartment by their mother’s jealous boyfriend.

Nikolai Zakharkin, a captain in the Russian military, has been charged with attempted murder.
