Kerry: 'Too soon' to send more troops to Aghanistan

Former US presidential candidate John Kerry said today it would be irresponsible for America to consider sending more troops to Afghanistan amid the country’s deepening election crisis.

The US senator said it would be misguided to have a troop build-up to achieve a mission of “good governance” when the election was not yet finished.
