British man jailed for encouraging girl, 3, to smoke

A man who allowed a three-year-old girl to smoke cigarettes was today jailed for 18 months.

Laughing and joking, Graeme Conroy (aged 31) handed the lit cigarette to the child and encouraged her to inhale it – with it all caught on camera.
