Girl, 13, hanged in ribbon game tragedy

A 13-year-old girl was found hanging by ribbon from a banister at her home in England after a game went tragically wrong, her mother said.

Michelle Dove told the Derby Telegraph that her daughter Davina Butchere had been playing with a length of ribbon on the stairs when she slipped and the material got caught around her neck.
