Suu Kyi swimmer freed

An American imprisoned in Burma for sneaking into the opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi’s compound is on his way home on after two days of health checks in Thailand.

John Yettaw, 53, of Falcon, Missouri, was detained in for three months after he swam across a lake and made an unauthorised visit to the home of detained democracy leader Ms Suu Kyi.
