Judge accepts Mumbai gunman's confession

An Indian judge has accepted the confession of the lone surviving gunman from the shooting and bomb attacks on Mumbai last November.

But Judge ML Tahiliyani said today that the trial of Ajmal Kasab will continue because he has not addressed all 86 charges in his confession.

Also, defence lawyer Abbas Kazmi asked to be disqualified from the case because, he said, Kasab had no confidence in him.
