Chinese nuclear envoy to hold Korean talks

China's top nuclear envoy has arrived in South Korea as part of diplomatic efforts to revive the stalled talks on ending North Korea's nuclear program.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei arrived in Seoul today after visiting Russia, the US and Japan to discuss North Korea's nuclear development with his counterparts.
