Iran charges British embassy employee

The lawyer of a detained Iranian employee of the British embassy in Tehran said today his client had been charged with “acting against national security”.

Lawyer Abdolsamad Khorramshahi said his client was being held in Evin prison and would in all likelihood stand trial soon.
