Two people were killed in a mid-air crash today when their RAF training aircraft collided with a glider over Oxfordshire, England the British Ministry of Defence said.

Two people were killed in a mid-air crash today when their RAF training aircraft collided with a glider over Oxfordshire, England the British Ministry of Defence said.

Police said the glider pilot had parachuted to safety.

The accident, which involved a Tutor single-engine training aircraft, happened at Sutton Courtenay, near Abingdon.
