Hoon resigns from British Cabinet

Britain's Transport Secretary Geoff Hoon has resigned from the Cabinet.

Deputy leader of the Labour Party Harriet Harman paid tribute to Mr Hoon.

She said: “He has done a very good job and I pay tribute to him.”
