Pope pledges to remember Jewish holocaust victims
Pope Benedict XVI pledged today to remember the millions of Jews killed in the Holocaust.
The German-born pontiff said the cry of the victims āstill echoes in our heartsā as he paid his respects during an emotional ceremony at Israelās national Holocaust memorial Yad Vashem. He visited the site at the start of a visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories.
