Neighbours of Burma’s opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi said today that about 20 police officers entered her compound, following reports that a US man was detained after entering her home.

Neighbours of Burma’s opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi said today that about 20 police officers entered her compound, following reports that a US man was detained after entering her home.

The Myanma Ahlin newspaper reported today that an American man was arrested the previous day for allegedly swimming across a lake and entering Ms Suu Kyi’s lakeside home.
