North Kora 'could restart nuclear programme within months'

The head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog said today North Korea could restart its nuclear facility within months.

But International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed El-Baradei said he hoped negotiations on halting Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions could be revived.
