French police have arrested the suspected leader of Basque separatist group ETA as part of cross-border raids, Spain’s Interior Ministry said today.

French police have arrested the suspected leader of Basque separatist group ETA as part of cross-border raids, Spain’s Interior Ministry said today.

He was among nine alleged ETA members arrested in recent days.
