Teenagers caught with explosives in Hong Kong

Tests were trying to determine whether explosives found on three teenagers in Hong Kong were the same type used in the deadly 2005 London tube bombings, Chinese police said today.

The arrests came after one of the youths set off a home-made bomb and almost had his hand blown off yesterday.
