Bridge killer sentenced to death

A man who threw four young children to their deaths from an 80ft Alabama bridge after an argument with their mother was sentenced to death by a jury.

The jury deliberated for about an hour before recommending that jobless Vietnamese refugee Lam Luong, 38, be executed after he was convicted of capital murder. A sentencing hearing will take place on April 30.
