Madoff expected to plead guilty this week

At least 25 investors who lost their money to disgraced financier Bernard Madoff have asked to make statements at his expected court guilty plea on Thursday.

The judge has ruled that any victims of Madoff’s collapsed $50bn fraud have a right to make representations.
